Training

Ground Work

Ground work is the foundation of training any horse and consists of anything and everything done out of the saddle. Ground work is a fantastic way to learn more about your horse as well as improving their confidence, respect and trust.

Round Pen Work

The round pen has been an essential tool in training horses for centuries. Learn how to read your horse's body language and master the are of communicating without a physical connection (halter & lead rope).

Starting Under Saddle

For young horses who need a good start under saddle and older horses that haven't been ridden in a while.

Behavioral Issues

Understand how and where these issues originate and learn how to successfully correct and prevent unwanted behaviors.

Exposure Training & Desensitization

Horses that haven't been exposed to a lot of "outside stimuli" can sometimes be spooky and over-reactive. The more a horse is exposed to, the quieter, safer and more confident they will be.

Trailer Loading & Hauling Issues

To a horse, there is nothing natural or inviting about a horse trailer. It's a dark, cramped space that they can't escape if they feel like they're in danger. If your horse won't load in the trailer, it's a good possibility that fear and/or a lack of confidence is at the root of your problem.

Foal Handling

Give your foal a great start from the very beginning and set them up for success for the rest of their lives.

Liberty Training

Connect with your horse on a whole new level.
